Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight and dimensions of the carton and the shipping location and shipping option you selected. We ship all in-stock merchandise within 48 business hours. If we are unable to ship within 48 business hours you will be notified via e-mail. Our preferred carrier is Fed Ex. Our standard method of shipping is 3-day ground. You may also choose from the Fed Ex menu of shipping options during the checkout process.
Order Status
You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into MY ACCOUNT under the CUSTOMER SERVICE section of our website. You will also receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped along with a Tracking Number that you can use to track your order.
Out of Stock Products
All in-stock items ship within 48 business hours. While we do our best to remain in stock at all times, we may occasionally be temporarily out of stock. If your item is unavailable it will be backordered and we will keep the order open for 30 days; your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. If the product becomes available after the 30 day open order period we will contact you prior to shipping.
Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will be provided, via e-mail, a Tracking Number which you can use to track your order at any time.

Five Year Limited Product Warranty
The following Limited Warranty is made solely for the benefit of the original purchaser, who must be a consumer, of THE EFFORT-LESS BIRDFEEDER (the "Product"), manufactured by Zenith Innovation, LLC ("Zenith"). Such original purchaser is referred to herein as "You".
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty, Zenith warrants to you for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship ("Covered Defects"). This Limited Warranty shall not apply to defects other than Covered Defects., defects caused by acts of God or other problems in the Product including, without limitation: (i) defects caused by the failure to use a Product in accordance with Zenith's instructions or manuals; (ii) defects caused by modifications or repairs to the Product other than by Zenith; and (iii) defects caused by misuse, abuse or neglect of the Product. In order for this limited warranty to be effective, You must complete and deliver to Zenith a completed Warranty Registration Form (found on the back of the Product Guide) within thirty (30) days of your purchase of the Product, and must notify Zenith in writing of the nature of an defect within thirty (30) days of your discovery of the defect.
If Zenith determines that a defect in the Product is a Covered Defect covered by this Limited Warranty, it shall repair or replace the Product as it deems appropriate, and shall be held responsible for all costs incurred by it in connection with the repair or replacement (as applicable) of the Product.
